Solution Lead, Special Projects (CAR-T) | Janssen LATAM Responsible to support systems implementation, improvement, administration and compliance of the production of autologous CAR-T products (to be extended to Retina and Gene Therapy in 2023)The Solution Lead will be responsible for the streamlined operation of the system program/project planning and execution to ensure it aligns with the business objectives of the organization. The principle goal for the individual is to participate to develop and deploy application portfolios for the department and to attain all IT service level agreements for the user community within the organization.The Solution Lead will help to Program Manager (Special Projects) to plan, coordinate, direct, and design all operational activities for the Special Project team, as well as direction and support for IT solutions that improve mission-critical business operations. The Solution Lead will work closely with Program Manager to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support efficient technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.
Responsibilities will continue evolving with future go-to-markets and science innovations
Will support Program Manager (Special Projects) to review and manage USD $7 million budget for CAR-T and additional budget for future Special ProjectsQualifications
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
Experience working with IT Systems related to Healthcare industry
Experience in 1 or more of the following technology solutions is required: Salesforce, Veeva, SAP.
Experience in leading regional projects.
Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
Highly organized and capable of working in a team environment with a positive attitude with no supervision.
Comfortable with speaking and interacting with senior leaders, stakeholders, and inspectors
Bilingual Spanish/ English. Portuguese is a must
