Job Duties and QualificationsUnder broad direction, leads and supports sourcing activities for multiple PSLs, manufacturing facilities, categories, and/or field operations.
Facilitates and implements sourcing initiatives tailored to specific needs and environments.Ensures compliance with all Halliburton policies and procedures, including international trade compliance.
Supports global category management activities as appropriate.Acts as the main point of contact between regional sourcing teams, PSLs, and other internal customers within the supply chain to ensure benefits, timelines, and deliverables are met.
Assesses current risk factors and market conditions, including geopolitical and currency considerations, and identifies opportunities.Participates in detailed planning and execution of improvement actions with users and suppliers.RequirementsDegree in Industrial, Mechanical, Petroleum, or Chemistry Engineering.Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing processes, supplier management, budget administration, and competitive bidding within the oilfield tools, services, and chemical sectors.Advanced proficiency in English is mandatory.Experience with SAP ARIBA management.Willingness to relocate to Neuquén, Argentina.Halliburton is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
