Job DescriptionThe Specialized Talent Administrator & Coordinator provides administrative support throughout the talent acquisition process, assisting with pre- and post-hire activities to support specific client programs or teams.
Work Location: Remote for candidates based in Argentina or Brazil only.Work Arrangement: RemotePreferred Qualifications: Trilingual preferred; bilingual in English and Spanish required.Key Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment and interview processesConduct phone interviews, document responses, and screen candidates based on role requirementsDevelop interview schedules to evaluate qualified candidatesUpdate candidate statuses in recruitment systems (ATS, proprietary systems, etc.
)Review applicants promptly via ATSSchedule interviews with recruiters or hiring managersManage offer processes, including creating, routing, and presenting offer lettersCoordinate background checks, medical checks, and reference verificationsArrange travel, transportation, and accommodation for candidatesAssist with onboarding and offboarding proceduresEdit and post job openings accurately and timely in ATSManage job postings across various channelsUpdate recruitment team on progress and escalate issues as neededProvide recruitment metrics and pipeline reportsOffer additional administrative support as requiredQualificationsEducational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent requiredPreference for Cielo TalentCloud ACE certificationExperience: At least 6 months experience as a Talent Administrator & Coordinator preferredExperience in an office or business environmentCustomer service or administrative experience preferredAdditional Skills and Exposure: Strong recruitment administration skillsKnowledge of talent acquisition practicesFluent in English; Spanish bilingual requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, especially OutlookAbility to prioritize and organize tasks effectivelyCommitted to providing high-quality customer service
