Your role at Clorox:Our Human Resources team creates the perfect match between the right talent and the right position.
As a member of this team, you'll use your functional expertise to partner with different areas of HR such as talent management or total rewards, while contributing to broader HR programs.
We are looking for talented, motivated individuals who can partner with leadership teams to deliver business-driven human resources initiatives.
In this role, you will:Stay up to date on employment laws and identify and lead changes in Clorox policy based on new legislature.Ensure HR policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance with state and federal laws; develop, recommend and implement human resources policies to meet organizational needs.Partner with in-house counsel as necessary to effectively deal with possible conflicts related to employment practices.Create insights from data, using trend and metric information to inform process and program improvements.What we look for:8+ years experience as an intermediate to Senior ER, HR Business Partner or HR Generalist who has a significant role in managing Employee Relations matters, investigations and analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership.Ability to assist with training and facilitation functions in both large and small group settings required; strong public speaking skills preferred.Possess excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills; demonstrating strong critical thinking, analytical, research and problem-solving skills.Ability to work efficiently either independently or collaboratively under demanding and difficult circumstances and must be able to work under tight time constraints to accomplish assignments.Must have strong computer skills including MS Office Suite.Workplace type:Hybrid
