Sr. Power Apps Developer-2

Parexel is looking for a Principal Developer that will be responsible for developing low-code applications in the Clinical domain in a fast-paced environment.
The candidate will work with project leads, analysts, business, and developers to understand challenges and design/build Low-Code applications using the Microsoft Environment.
The successful candidate will understand the CRO business, data modeling, and agile methodology.
He/She will also be able to mentor other developers moving from traditional development environments to low-code application development.
Roles / Responsibilities: Analyzes, estimates, and defines project tasks.Performs design, coding, testing, implementation, and documentation of solutions.Develops basic and detailed program specifications.Ensures that expected application performance levels are achieved.Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents, maintains, and modifies low-code application solutions.Investigates, analyzes, and resolves complex technical problems.Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and recommends technical solutions.Demonstrates a good understanding of the business needs driving the projects.Documents requirements, builds data flows, and establishes acceptance criteria to be used with test cases to ensure Business and IT Data is Fit-for-Purpose.Engages with Data Owners, Data Stewards, Technology Partners, and Vendor Contractors to achieve expected business outcomes.Provides status on assigned work items and delivers in a timely manner to project teams.Participates as a team member of the multi-functional data analytics team.Participates in process improvements, including process definition, measurement analysis, and implementation of controls.Qualifications: 8+ years as a developer with a specialization in the Clinical domain.3+ years of Agile Methodology experience.5+ years as a Lead developer [hands-on] on Microsoft Power Platform:Power Apps [Canvas, Model-driven]Power AutomatePower QueryCoE Starter Kit Experience.Knowledge of cloud-based development, Microsoft Azure.Knowledge of Web Services, XML, SOAP, REST.Knowledge of UIPath is a plus.One of Microsoft Power App certifications is requested.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience in the CRO industry is desired.
