Role Summary:
The Sr. Project Manager will be primarily responsible for leading and directing all active association with customer project management.
Essential Responsibilities:
Main responsibilities include:
Complete Project organization and coordination
Manages the project team including site managers, engineers, workplace consultants, third:part contractors and administrative support
Ensures assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client needs
Business objectives and design guidelines
Organizes and manages execution of works on site during the construction: Project
Studies design documentation and gives technical and organizational instructions to managers, i.e. site engineers in line with the designed organization, building technology and contractual:tender documentation
Maintains contact with the representative of the Investor (Engineer) and supervisor stipulated by legal regulations
Develops schedules and budgets for assigned projects
Coordinates the operational engagement of disposable resources and executives on the project
Gives basic guidelines for composing operational construction plans, by engaging mechanization and executives and by using necessary material in accordance with contractual:tender documentation
Correspondence with Engineer, variations, claims, monthly meetings on work progress and with subcontractors and suppliers, contracts, VOs, claims
Signing of all input invoices
Project revision
and monthly reporting on works progress
Participates in discussions about the future of the business requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functions
Develops the year plan for of the larger unit. Presents product/program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior leads across GE.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 8 additional years of experience in Project Management
Previous experience in leading cross:functional teams
