About the Role:
You will be developing or fixing the capabilities and validating their functionality
You will be Identifying root cause for issues and develop workarounds or permanent fixes
We expect that you should be able to partner with Systems Analysts to gather and/or clarify requirements. And Interpreting analysis and implementing design solutions that meet requirements
Also, the position has a demand of creating Documentation of Solutions, design specs, standards, and developer guides or other technical documentation
You will be developing test cases / scripts for QA activities
You will architect, design, code and document complex software architectures and systems.
You will create, maintain and constantly look for improvements in the development and implementation process.
You will eventually act as technical interface, scheduling and attending meetings, explaining the technology in the proposed solutions, articulating design rationale and function strategy as it relates to accomplishing goals.
You will obtain and discuss feedback, and follow through on resulting action items while and investigating and answering customer questions.
You will test your own code and make sure it works in every environment (even Production), every time. Perform code reviews, and fix bugs.
You should be able to communicate in Spanish and English
About You
You have 7+ years of working experience among these technologies: Java, C, C++.
You have 3+ years of working experience among these technologies: JS or JSP (Flash nice to have).
You have 5+ years of working experience on scripting languages like (Bash, Perl, Python, Ruby, etc.)
You have functional knowledge working with Spring, Angular and Tomcat is desired.
You have working knowledge understanding Pascal is a plus.
You have developed software with Linux platforms. Been able to modify linux kernel or having contributed on opensource Linux distro is a plus.
You have working experience on relational databases (SQL like).Experience with non:relational database technologies (NoSQL) is desired.
You have 5+ years of working experience in software design using object oriented design, design patterns and architectural patterns.
You have being able to fluently and effectively communicate with people (both in Spanish and English).
You have experience working on an agile environment and experience in delivering results in small increments is desired.
You have positively adapting to project changes and multitasking.
