Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst

To provide end to end hands on recruitment support across multiple functions for South America Countries. Responsible for conducting labor market trends analysis for the region with inputs from different stakeholders. Will also be responsible for collating and monitoring recruitment analytics including KPIs, SLAs etc. and provide timely and accurate meaningful reports. Assists in rolling out global programs in the region and supports in identifying new areas with opportunities for improvement.

Reports to the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager.

Principal Accountabilities

- Personally manages the end to end recruitment delivery of vacancies in the business;

- Responsible for the operational delivery of the talent acquisition requirements within the region including the allocation, monitoring and quality of workload in the team;

- Carries out initial screening and the first interview of shortlisted candidates as required for the vacancies allocated;

- Collates and monitors agreed global and local Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) for the country and to provide timely and accurate reports along with recommendations for improving performance;

- Acts as the custodian of specific targeted areas and proactively build talent pipelines internally and externally through the use of e-recruitment (ATS) and social media platforms such as Linkedin;

- Collates information in order to form a coherent big picture of labor trends in the local market;

- Promotes AkzoNobel's Employer Branding Proposition across area of responsibility in order to achieve our employer of choice objectives;

- Builds strong relationships with key external suppliers; (recruitment advertising partner, 3rd party agencies) ensuring satisfactory commercial terms are in place for any new supplier;

- Provides appropriate training and support to hiring managers to ensure they are competent & skilled in recruiting in line with AkzoNobel processes, best practices and regional law;

- Proactively looks to drive efficiency of process and reduce associated costs;

- Provides support in implementation/roll out of new programs;

- Advises and partners with hiring managers on the most suitable route to attracting and selecting candidates and deliver the agreed solution.

- Educated to degree level or equivalent preferably in management, HR or Psychology;

- Experience in HR, in-house recruitment experience

- Proven experience of delivering successful, best practices, end to end recruitment campaigns within specified deadlines up-to senior levels;

- Knowledge of current local Employment Law relating to recruitment and selection

- Experience of working with e-recruitment (ATS) and social media platforms such as Linkedin;

- Preferably have had experience of implementing HR projects;

- Experience in building talent pipelines;

- Experience in using analytics as a tool for monitoring performance.

- Advanced English;
- Advanced Spanish.
