What you’ll do
The person in this role will be part of the global analytics team that designs, builds, implements, and supports cutting-edge analytics platforms on AWS / GCP.
Design and implement new instances of our products in the cloud through cloud formation templates and / or local configuration.
You will participate in and enhance the software development life cycle, from inception and design through development, implementation, operation, and refinement.
It will support pre-production services through infrastructure design, software platform development, load testing, capacity planning, and release reviews and automate system scalability and continuously work to improve performance. resistance, performance and efficiency of the system.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding (for example, physics or mathematics), or equivalent work experience required.
2 or more years of experience developing and / or managing software in the public cloud (at least one cloud provider from the list: AWS, GCP, Azure).
Work in a DevOps environment responsible for building and running fault-tolerant, massively distributed, and large-scale systems.
Hands-on experience configuring and managing SCM (GIT, SVN), build (CMake, Make files, Maven), Nexus, CI (Jenkins), CD automation tools).
Experience in languages ??such as Python, Ruby, Bash, Java, Go, Perl, JavaScript and / or node.js
Systems administration skills, including Linux / Windows automation and orchestration using Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Salt Stack, and / or containers (Helm, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
Proficiency with (CI / CD) continuous integration and continuous delivery tools and practices and strong analytical and problem solving skills.
