Virgin Pulse is seeking an SSO Specialist on the Client Operations team to handle initial setup and ongoing maintenance of inbound and outbound single sign-on connections, as well as troubleshoot and resolve connection issues.

In this role, your knowledge will be essential in the following areas:

Maintain a strong working knowledge of Virgin Pulse products. Maintain a strong working knowledge of Virgin Pulse single sign-on capabilities and identity management protocols. Work with clients and vendors to set up, test, and enable SSO connections. Document requirements for all SSO connections. Troubleshoot and resolve SSO connection issues promptly. Communicate issues to internal teams and external contacts as needed. Respond to and resolve routine requests and questions. Manage SSO certificate updates. Develop, implement, and improve SSO connection processes. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications What you bring to the Virgin Pulse team include a multitude of positive attributes such as:

Bachelor's degree in Business/Information Technology or related discipline, or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of professional experience in identity management and information systems. Willingness to learn new identity management tools. Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project. Experience with Ping, Okta, Azure, or SiteMinder. Core Skills, Competencies, and Characteristics: Strong technical aptitude. Excellent interpersonal and writing skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work cross-functionally with colleagues and external partners. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
