The GoFundMe team is searching for a Staff Data Analyst.
As a key member of the Data Insights team's Business Intelligence initiative you will work to build scalable reporting and business decision-making tools to answer some of the company's most important questions, optimize, develop and implement workflows, and ultimately effect change and improve efficiency throughout the company.
This is a hybrid position.
Candidates considered for this role will be located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. You… Minimum 6+ years of experience in data architecture, and business intelligence, or a related field.4+ years of advanced SQL experience working with large datasets (create, maintain, and improve data sets, pipelines, and reporting)3+ years of experience with BI tools and technologies (e.g., Looker, Tableau).Experience working with Marketing analytics and Senior LeadershipExperience with theory and practice of design of experiments and statistical analysis of resultsExperience in scripting for automation (e.g.
dbt) and advanced SQL skills.Build performant, scalable, and extensible data models and dashboardsSolid understanding of Business Intelligence tool development and maintenanceAbility to translate large amounts of data into consumable operational and strategic dashboards and reportsAdvanced knowledge of standard processes for data visualization, data governance, and scalable reporting.Superb communication skills; ability to translate questions from collaborators into data needsStrong understanding of data modeling concepts, ETL processes, and data quality principles.Capture reporting and important metric requirements from partners at various levels and with varying levels of technical/data expertiseParticipate in the development of the Business Intelligence roadmapHigh level of curiosity and problem solving skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skillsLead and mentor junior analystsWhy you'll love it here...
