Google's line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.

As a Strategic Partner Manager in Content Partnerships, you are comfortable working cross-functionally with colleagues across multiple disciplines to ensure our content partners are positioned for success and our users enjoy the best possible experience.

You possess knowledge of the media landscape across content partnerships in Argentina and you bring expertise of internet video along with business development and account management experience.

You'll be responsible for deepening and developing relationships with content partnerships currently on YouTube, as well as exploring new partners in the region. You will initiate and manage day-to-day operations and partner relationships, fielding and prioritizing incoming requests, and creating periodic strategic reports on partner performance.

Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of work experience leading financial agreements and managing strategic partnerships in TV/media or internet and content creators.
- Experience in business development making media or Internet agreements.
- Experience with spreadsheet analysis, public presentations, and data management.

Preferred qualifications:

- Fluent in Spanish and English, or Portuguese.
- Experience in YouTube content creation, strategy, and management.
- Experience in program management focused on events or marketing campaigns.
- Extensive knowledge in the entertainment business and/or in mobile gaming.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally and externally.

- Ability to thrive in a fluid and collaborative environment with exceptional project management skills.

- Lead strategic plans and programs in Argentina for content partnerships, with the versatility to expand beyond that in the future.
- Manage partners to foster and support partner growth including managing day-to-day operations and partner/creator relationships, fielding and prioritizing incoming requests, troubleshooting partner systems around reporting, etc.
- Liaise with YouTube cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, PR, marketing, finance, legal and policy, while collaborating with creators and Google cross-functional team projects.
- Negotiate and execute content partnership agreements, while defining, analyzing and communicating milestones and metrics to enable vertical and partner success.
