As a Strategy and Sales Operations Associate, you'll gain business critical insights using analytics, ensure cross-functional alignment of goals, and help teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning company priorities with day-to-day operations and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

In this role, you will delivering end-to-end work from data to presentations, providing analytical insights and business judgment to support strategic and tactical data management activities and inform decision making. Additionally, you'll manage and execute projects to design, implement and improve business processes executed by and related to the teams. You will also work on automation of meaningful reports and dashboards for the rhythm of the business and set up/maintenance of portfolio and sales team structures in internal systems, ensuring data integrity and rapid implementation of strategic initiatives and recommendations.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with problem solving, data management and analytics.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently and idiomatically.

Preferred qualifications:

- Sales and/or marketing experience.
- Experience in structuring and implementing initiatives with sales teams.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.
- Excellent data extraction skills using spreadsheet software, SQL, or other scripting languages.

- Execute analysis to extract and summarize vast amounts of data, and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Support business cadence's processes and activate central sales processes and strategic guidelines to local sales teams.
- Manage and execute internal projects to design, implement and improve business processes and strategy executed by or related to the Sales teams.
- Update/create scalable models/processes which drive sales processes and streamline operational challenges.
- Package analysis for reports used by sales leadership to shape strategic and operational decisions as well as develop/design tools to improve processes and workflows.
