Supervising Associate Risk Management and BCPThis role is for a local Risk Management (RM) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) SPOC who will be a shared resource for GDS RM and BCP in Argentina.
This role reports into the Global Delivery Services (GDS) BCP and RM leads for the BCP and RM areas, respectively.
The opportunityYou will be part of EY GDS Global Risk Management and BCP Team, supporting compliance with internal policies and maintaining readiness.
Your key responsibilitiesRisk Management RoleHelp the GDS RM lead plan, implement, and monitor systems and compliance processes for the GDS business in Argentina, including coordination on legal matters.Monitor compliance with EY policies and advise function heads on RM matters.Manage compliance initiatives related to business relationships as per EY policies.Create RM awareness in GDS Argentina.Coordinate global and country-specific initiatives and staff mandates in GDS Argentina.Coordinate with the GCO and Procurement teams for vendor contracts and agreements.Assist in preparing dashboards and MIS reports.Support the review, development, and implementation of compliance processes, rules, and standards.Coordinate compliance audits and testing in GDS Argentina.BCP RoleWork closely with the GDS BCP program office for coordination of business continuity and emergency response activities.Interface with Service lines/functions at the center.Assist in assessing, reviewing, and implementing recovery strategies.Support BCP maintenance, testing, and enhancement.Participate in BCP activities like BIA, training, and testing.Collaborate with Technology, Facilities, Admin, Talent, and other teams.Provide support during business interruptions.Assist in preparing training and awareness materials.Flexibility and availability are required due to role nature.Skills and attributes for success5-6 years of total work experience.Exposure to emergency/business continuity planning (preferred).Flexibility, self-confidence, and global project exposure preferred.Project and change management skills.Excellent communication skills.Self-starter with attention to detail.Strong organization and prioritization skills.Ability to handle confidential information.Effective stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.Ability to work with ambiguity.Minimum qualificationsGraduate or equivalent.Exposure to technologies like AI, Bots, RPA, Archer, Everbridge, SharePoint, SAP, Power BI, etc.BCP Certification (e.g., Certified Business Continuity Professional).Preferred qualificationsExperience in large matrix organizations.Willingness to travel if required.Strong knowledge of recovery and testing methodologies.Experience in fast-paced, client-centric multinational environments.What we look forAbility to work across cultures and time zones.Results-oriented with strict deadlines.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize at senior levels.Team player with curiosity and a learning mindset.High-quality output with minimal supervision.What we offerEY GDS is a dynamic, global delivery network across multiple locations, supporting EY's growth strategy.
