Your future position? As a Control Tower Sr. Analyst, you will perform controlling and monitoring activities in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with defined standard operating procedures and maintain an overview of overall position activities.
Contribute to the achievement of the Control Tower performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements.
Act as the main point of contact for the Team Leads and the Head of Customer Care in relation to defined position processes.
Main Responsibilities: Build constructive and effective relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in the end-to-end Supply Chain.Accountable to proactively follow up pending issue resolutions.Lead CI initiatives and cross-regional process harmonization within CT.Day to day operations within the Control Tower:Monitor Customer orders, identify orders at risk and follow up with stakeholders.Coordinate and prioritize resolution of exceptions orders (rushes) and orders in distress with internal stakeholders following Division guidelines.Close follow-up with stakeholders to ensure the pending actions are accurate and updated on-time.Own and coordinate the prioritization in case of crisis following Division guidelines.Liaise with Customer Care front office to provide customers with the best alternatives.Propose and drive processes and organization optimization for more efficiency and reduced cost.Your professional profile includes: Diploma: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.Languages: English as required and other language as optional.Professional experience: 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or related.Experience with SAP is a plus.Experience in report automation and macro programming.Advanced MS Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.Our Benefits: Hybrid working model.Health insurance coverage.Career Development Opportunities with access to many virtual learning sessions.Quality of Life program.Gympass discount in SportClub.Annual bonus.On-site lunch service.Discounts with partners.At Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people's lives.
