Review inventory reports, write purchase orders (POs) to vendors, and follow up to confirm ordersTrack outstanding POs, update ETAs, and communicate with sales teamsSourcing alternative parts when necessaryRequest updated quotes from vendors and communicate with salesGenerate regular reports, including sales reports for rebatesSet up new vendors in our accounting systemObtain freight quotes for deliveries and incoming inventoryCoordinate with suppliers on production lead times and update our ERP systemEnsure data accuracy, generate reports, and address discrepanciesRespond to routine order management inquiries and coordinate communicationsPerform clerical duties such as data pulls, review, uploading, and documentation in sourcing processesHandle LTL/FTL ocean, air, and trucking shipmentsProcess and distribute documentation promptly to carriers, customers, and agentsSubmit clearance documents to brokersWhat will you bring? University degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related3-5 years of relevant experienceStrong communication skills in EnglishFlexibility, adaptability, and strong administrative skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAnalytical, problem-solving, negotiation skillsDeep knowledge of Purchasing & Supply Chain processesProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelNice to Have Experience in Purchasing within the Filter industryExperience working with North American organizationsEnjoys fast-paced, dynamic environmentsKnowledge of Sage 300 System
