The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture by performing sales operations functions such as merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Operational ExcellenceProcess merchandise by ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment; reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.Ensure new products are merchandised and represented promptly.Enter receiving documents into the system, reconcile invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers accurately and timely.Manage visual materials, props, signage, and store hardware efficiently.Participate in pricing adjustments and markdowns.Notify management of cash supply needs.Assist with visual directives such as floorsets, window displays, signage placement, etc.Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.Customer ExperienceSupport and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.Teamwork and GrowthFoster an inclusive, collaborative environment for problem-solving.Seek personal development opportunities and feedback.Other duties as assigned may vary by brand.
Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.Must be 18 years or older.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Ability to learn or adapt to company technology.Ability to stand for most of the shift.Work quickly within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork.Experience with visual merchandising is a plus.Effective communication via headset with customers, associates, and management.Regular attendance and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays are required.Physical Requirements:Constant walking/standing for 67-100% of shift.Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
for 1-33% of shift.Frequent climbing for 34-66% of shift.The wage range is $16.00 to $20.00, determined by qualifications.
