Position ObjectiveThe Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture, emphasizing our core principles in all store operations.
Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization.

Functional ResponsibilitiesOperational ExcellenceProcess merchandise, ensuring proper storage, ticketing, and easy location for replenishment.Reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.Ensure new products are merchandised promptly.Enter receiving documents accurately into the system, reconcile invoices, and manage store-to-store transfers.Process visual materials, props, signage, and store hardware.Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.Alert management to cash supply needs.Assist with visual directives like floorsets, window changes, signage, etc.Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.Customer ExperienceModel and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.Teamwork and GrowthPromote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.Seek personal development opportunities and feedback.Other duties as assigned.

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.Must be 18+ years old.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Ability to adapt to company technology.Must be able to stand most of the shift.Ability to work quickly within strict timelines.Teamwork skills.Experience with visual merchandising is a plus.Effective communication with team via headset.Reliable attendance and flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays.Physical RequirementsConstant walking/standing for 67-100% of shift.Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
