RequirementsDemonstrated self : starter who is willing to change quickly between roles, duties and tasks.

Portuguese: Advanced or Bilingual level.

Be able to change working hours from 12 to 21pm.

Analyse and clarify customer queries though troubleshooting and researching existing knowledgebase articles / known issues.

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of IT Security concepts, including at least one of the following: antivirus, networking or encryption technologies.

Advanced computer skills in one or more of the following: Windows Server Administration, including Domain Controllers, Active Directory, IIS and SQL, Firewalls, VPN, IP Routing, DNS, Email and Web Filtering, Linux, Mac OS.

Review cases for technical complexity and make recommendations to team members with regards escalation according to departmental best practice.

ResponsibilitiesAccept and troubleshoot technical issues presented by customers via phone call, e:mail or other channels

Create online help content (articles, community posts, etc.) to document previously unknown solutions and help a large group of customers

Actively contribute to the development of new or changed processes and procedures

Provide Team Leader or Manager feedback with regards to Technical Support procedures and policies

Actively participate in team and departmental meetings by providing feedback on current day to day activity and recommendations for improvement.
