System Admin Analyst, Accounting And Controls (English, Spanish)

Qualifications Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently and idiomatically.
Preferred qualifications:
Excellent spreadsheet and data analysis skills and experience with Oracle 11i and Hyperion.
Knowledge of cost accounting and inventory controls/management in addition to all financial activities and routines including: accounts payable, treasury, cash management and knowledge of indirect and direct taxes.
Understanding of local and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Fixed Assets and Inventory Oracle modules.
Effective project management, process improvement and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
Provide support on Fixed Assets and Inventory sub-ledgers for new entity set ups, maintenance and performance improvements.
Timely resolution of issues that arise, especially during the month end close.
Test system improvements.
Prioritize project requests according to risk and efficiency outcomes; complete projects (including all hypotheses/analysis/documentation controls) in a consistent manner.
Scale Accounting and Controls processes such as month end close, revenue accounting, deal review and fixed assets management by implementing robust automation solutions.
