The Opportunity We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented System Administrator to support our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on entry-level IT tasks, improving system security, and ensuring the smooth operation of software and hardware across our organization.
What You'll Do Manage day-to-day IT tasks, including user account setup, password resets, and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
Oversee email system administration ensuring reliability and functionality.
Maintain and monitor software licenses, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.
Implement and enforce IT security protocols, including password policies and access controls.
Manage hardware inventory, assist with device setup, and provide technical support for team members.
Collaborate with external IT vendors or service providers as necessary.
Document IT procedures and provide recommendations for system improvements Support clients with technical needs related to system setups, integrations, and troubleshooting as required.
Requirements What You Bring to the Table Proven experience in IT support or system administration Experience with remote desktop tools and basic network configurations.
Familiarity with common email systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
Basic knowledge of IT security protocols, network troubleshooting, and software management.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
A collaborative, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
