Position Description Overview .... Job Responsibilities Develops and executes formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications. Manages Operations databases for testing, including application, network, system and user acceptance testing. Tests Incident Reports (IR's) or Help Desk tickets – determines what needs to be tested, including regression testing. Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to Operations, Billing, IT programming Staff, Customer Engineers, Service, etc., for Operations initiatives, projects and day-to-day activities. Provide Business Continuity and Planning (BCP) Support – this includes all functions and applications.
Scope of Job
This position does not have direct budget responsibility. The incumbent is expected to control liability exposure. The incumbent is responsible for servicing and tracking day-to-day client activities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years equivalent related IT work experience and/or Certifications required. Requires in-depth knowledge of the applications used by Operations.
