:Understanding of infrastructure processes and practices.
:Basic understanding of computing concepts (, webservers, scripting, operating systems, computer hardware components, virtualization, Windows, Linux, Networking (basic routing, firewalls and proxy)

:Motivated to learn and leverage new technologies and tools
:Strong analytical and problem solving skills
:Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
:Process oriented

Skills considered an advantage:

:Prior Infrastructure experience.
:Prior Experience in Network, DNS, Web Applications, Server or Client groups, DNS, Networking, Active Directory
:Devops / Agile knowledge and experience
:Linux/Unix general knowledge and basic support
:Basic understanding of authentication protocols
:Basic understanding of SSL certificates (https)
:Basic understanding of Cybersecurity
:Basic understanding of DMZ concepts 13;
