Olapic is looking for a Technical Account Manager to provide technical and operational support to its growing list of top-tier customers as they look to integrate with Olapic's visual marketing platform. This is an incredible opportunity to join an smart, fun, and fast-growing team focused on helping its customers solve technical and strategic challenges as they advance their marketing potential.
What you'll be doing:
Assist the Project Manager and Account Manager in overseeing the client onboarding process, from initial discussions around technical setup to guiding the customer through product feed validation, widget code implementation, and analytics tracking.
Collaborate with brands to scope and implement post-launch projects,

including platform migrations, email integrations and API implementations.
Support new and existing customers, working closely with the other members of the Client Services Team to facilitate the execution of the customer's visual marketing goals and technical integrations.
Collaborate directly with clients to provide feedback and updates on development projects, from the initial conversations to determine project scope and specifications to the final launch of the integration.
Prepare updates and demonstrations to keep the client informed about issues that arise during development and report on integration and deployment.
Receive updated specifications and requirements from clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Requisitos
Minimum of 3 years experience in a technical implementation or technical solutions role.
Strong understanding of web application technologies: HTML, CSS, JS (jQuery, AngularJS, Node, etc.)
Fluent in English.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; you can speak both developer and human, with a few dialects in between.
Prior client-facing experience is required.
Customer focused mentality; you have an inherent need to help people, a positive attitude and collaborative nature.
Nice To have:
Experience in XML and/or JSON.
Experience with source control (Git).
Experience with SQL & relational databases (queries, basic data extraction and processing, etc.).
