QualificationsRequirements

Must be able to be a referent, specialized in Quality Assurance Standards, to guarantee that the Projects fulfill their standards and business goals.
Deep understanding of the construction industry in complex projects.
Must be able to create and coordinate models based on projects, client needs, and best practices.
Must be able to take care of team logistics in terms of properly and timely requesting equipment, software or any resource needed by the team.
Deep understanding of BIM technologies and methodologies currently in use in the AEC industry.
Must be proactive and be able to push for the achievement of the projects goals.
Must have high communication skills to work collaboratively with all the projects stakeholders.
Extended knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical andor Plumbing and Fire Protection as well as Virtual Design and Construction Management.
Must be able to implement specific BIMVDC solutions at a Company level BIM standards, multidiscipline collaboration, and coordination processes, data exchange protocols, define QAQC policies and requirements, etc.
Intermediate level of Revit, CADMEPFABMEP, Navisworks.
12 years of proven experience in MEP related projects.
English Level Advanced

Competences of the Person Teamwork, leadership, capacity for analysis and planning, retailer, oriented to results and customer, decisionmaking, problemsolving, tolerance to frustration and the ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of the business and processes defined in the company. Great attitude.
