* Planificación y Control de Proyectos.
* Análisis de Riesgos.
RESPONSABILIDADES
* Gestionar los conflictos internos del squad y su
relación/dependencias con otros equipos.
* Facilitar los recursos necesarios para el correcto
desempeño del squad.
* Impulsar la mejora continua del equipo (tiempo,
calidad, pipeline, deuda técnica)
* Validar la solución técnica desarrollada por el squad.
* Gestionar la resolución de incidencias productivas.
* Diseñar monitores y alertas de componentes productivos
(técnicos y funcionales).
* Analizar el impacto de la solución técnica definida por
el Arquitecto de Solución.
* Poseer el expertise funcional y técnico de las capacidades
provistas por el Squad.
Actualmente el rol también cumple funciones muy vitales
en el proyecto como:
* Validación y aporte a los diseños de arquitectura de
solución
* Generación de recomendaciones de implementación de
calidad a los procesos y a la documentación de desarrollo
* Impulsar y comandar ceremonias de Scrum
* Participar y acompañar activamente en reuniones de
relevamiento y negociación de contratos
* Revisar y criticar constructivamente la calidad de los
componentes técnicos generados y por generar al equipo de desarrollo
* Participar de reuniones de armado de roadmap
* Aportar a definición de la mejora continua impulsando
lineamientos con el resto de los lideres
