Medical tech services company based in Miami, United States is looking for a Customer Success Specialist with the following profile:
Provide high-quality and accurate resolutions to patients under stipulated policies and procedures, by calling them or answering phone calls that require assistance with connectivity issues that may arise from their home monitors to make sure high connectivity standards are met.
Responsibilities:Identify patients that require connectivity assistance with their cardiac devices home monitors.Help patients over the phone with instructions on how to set up their home monitors.Order the necessary equipment to patients' addresses in order to guarantee connectivity.Provide information to patients that might have questions regarding their home monitors.Follow up on patients' issues until they are solved.Document any actions regarding patient communications via the company platform.Required Skills:Bilingual - English / SpanishProficiency with technology and computersHigh School CompletedPrevious experience calling patients for a minimum of 2 yearsActive and effective communication.Customer service experience.Work from home.Pay: From $75,000.00 per month
