\n Role & Responsibilities:Lead the development of a Billing App in React that integrates with Microsoft Power Platform, SQL Databases, and Microsoft Great Plains. Deploy solutions to Microsoft Azure as an Azure Static Web App. Provide technical leadership and direction to the development team, ensuring high development velocity each sprint. Collaborate closely with a team based in multiple locations.Actively contribute to the development and solutions of the team. Hard Skills - Must have:Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate + Dataverse). Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions. Experience with Azure Static Web Apps. Proficiency in React. Hard Skills - Nice to have/It's a plus:shadcn/ui (a collection of reusable components used within the React front-end) Soft Skills / Business Specific Skills:Ability to lead technical teams, particularly in coaching/guiding junior developers.Capability to identify and communicate risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.Excellent communication and time management skills, ensuring the team meets project timelines.
