Position Description:
The position will be responsible
to manage and resolve collections disputes, manage projects from the AR
department perspective, submission of documentation required for collections,
permanent follow up and interaction with Project Managers, Controller and General
Manager and Corporate Credit department.
Position Requirements:
The position will have contact with the Compliance Team, as it will supervise the preparation of the export documentation. In addition, the person will have contact with the bank for currency entry, requesting bank guarantees and more.
Preferences:
The candidate
should have at least 3 years of experience managing collections for projects of
international customers: engineering and construction firms, government own and
private owned oil companies, Energy producers, mining companies and industrial
companies.
Need to be
fluent in English.
Accounting and
foreign trade experience is a plus.
Strong negotiation
and communication skills
Extremely
proactive and hands on.
Bachelors
Degree on: Business administration, Accounting, Finance, Foreign Trade, etc.
Experience
handling bank guarantees such as Letters of credit, performance bonds, etc. as
well as liquidating currencies at the bank.
Used to handle
high volume information and documentation.
Strong skills
on data base management and reports.
