Tasks

Responsible of the testing team coordination but also hands on tasks, lead the follow-up meetings, verify the progress of tasks assigned to the team and follow the general plan of the project.In charge of coordinate and manage the defects of the project, following the resolution in time and form. Responsible to perform periodic reports and inform to the management and leaders about invalidating and high defects that may be stoppers in the project's completion stage. Responsible of issues and risk management.

Requirements

• aprox 7 years of experience in Testing projects (at least must have led 3 projects such as Test Lead or Test Manager)

• aprox 7 years of experience leadingautomation teams.

• Have knowledge of project management aligned to PMI.

• Have worked: in complex projects in which there was integration of different systems, in the coordination of teams of more than 5 resources.

• Experience in definition, coordination and monitoring of estimation, test strategy and test plan

• Experience in coordination, monitoring and generation of progress reports offunctional tests

• Experience in defect management, meetings coordination and report execution

• Experience in dealing with and managing the client
