Job Summary: As a Trade Lifecycle Associate within our Trade Lifecycle team at JPMorgan Chase, you will have the opportunity to manage end-to-end processes, adhere to Key Performance Indicators, and take ownership of reconciliation within our accounts. Job responsibilities Demonstrate a solid understanding of the different process of the business so as to drive independence of ownership over Deal Review function. Widen the scope of derivatives products that BA handles in quantity and quality. Deliver accurate processing of all tasks assigned and demonstrate ownership of daily issues. Identify, escalate and remediate them in a timely manner while showing strong communication skills.

Experience with investment banking environment is a must, preferably in Middle Office / Trade Support. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong understanding of Credit / Rates / Equity Derivatives products Excellent business analysis skills to drill down the complex products. Excellent problem solving skills in order to identify, understand, and address operational and technical issues Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to develop relationships across the various stakeholders including Senior Business executives Self-motivated and ability to deliver with minimal supervision Understanding of the end-to-end transaction cycle for derivative products Ability to work in a high pressure environment with time-critical deliveries Control mindset to identify process control gaps, prioritize, and mitigate operational risk Effective stakeholder management Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Economic/ Business administration If you join the company, you will be part of a diverse and inclusive team that supports each other and will empower you to do your best work.
