The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Manage and develop his own existing customers / producers portfolio.
Manage customers base and develop the sales activity and trading opportunities by actively building and maintaining strong relationship with existing and new clients.
Generate volume and positive margins, following the global trading strategy, and contributing to the regional strategy.
Negotiate and enter into agreements with customers and suppliers about quality, price, quantities, delivery dates and payment terms.
Collect and analyze data on prices, business concluded in the geography, export/import, competition, local regulations, local supply and demand, climatic conditions, etc. Identify trends and market developments; ensure proper exchange of information within the platform and with the research team.
Suggest opportunities as a result of market analysis, interpreting competitors activity, price drivers and Supply and Demand
Keep up:to:date with developments in the market, ensuring exchange of information and producing related reports to the Platform. Conduct market studies for business development and help build the Platforms annual commercial plan

The Company is specialized in supply chain management of agricultural and food commodities such as : but not limited to : Frozen Poultry, Meats, Offals, Lambs, Pork, Fish, Buffalo, Dairy Products, Eggs, Vegetables, Animal Feed Raw Materials, Beans, Rice, Sugar, Flours, Beverages, Alcoholic Beverages.
You will report directly to the CEO and will be supported by a fully:fledged back office dealing with contract execution, administration, finance and legal work.
Desired Skills and Experience
5:8 years of experience in B2B sales, trading physical commodities in an agriculture trading/supply chain firm.
Have understanding of soft commodity trading in general
Entrepreneurial drive and willingness to develop new businesses.
Track record of success.
Strong communication skills
Able to perform under pressure and work to deadlines
Good attention to detail
Previously worked in buying, selling, brokering and marketing of agro:commodities products.
Should understand demand / supply, foreign markets.
Candidate must be willing to travel to build customer relationships and gain a deeper understanding of the countries that they are trading in.
