Treasury Services Product Implementation SpecialistThe Product Implementation Specialist is responsible for onboarding Treasury Services products via file connectivity or API channels for new and existing clients.
This role is vital to the client experience, working closely with sales, service, and implementation teams.
The specialist partners with internal teams such as product, connectivity, operations, and technology to ensure a high-quality implementation experience.
The individual will lead clients through the technical setup and testing of inbound or outbound files, providing guidance on product capabilities, gathering requirements, and analyzing various file formats (ISO XML, NACHA, EDI X12, flat files, etc.).
Responsibilities include coordinating testing, explaining results, requesting production migration, assisting with verification, and handing over to support teams.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesParticipate in scoping meetings to understand and align on product and technical requirements.Prepare Statements of Work outlining implementation options and timelines.Lead or attend project status meetings and document project progress, issues, and risks.Establish test environments, validate file formats, execute tests, coordinate back-office testing, and resolve issues.Serve as a point of escalation for client issues.Support clients during production migration and verification, coordinating with production teams.Attend pre-implementation calls with clients, project managers, and sales teams as needed.QualificationsFluent in written and spoken English (mandatory).Excellent communication skills for clients and internal partners.University degree (graduated or in progress).Project management and client-facing experience (preferred).Knowledge of Cash Management and Treasury (preferred).Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
