General : Johnson & Johnson Talent Acquisition Team (TA) is the internal resourcing function of the J&J; Family of Companies.
The TA Lead plays a key role in the design, delivery, execution and assessment of recruitment strategies and initiatives that enable the recruitment of top talent. These roles leads high performing team of expert recruiters in the acquisition of talents across all levels for Medical Divices, Business, Supply Chain and Corporate Functions roles for Southern Cluster countries, in alignment with strategic goals and organizational needs.
Main responsibilities:
Manage the design of strategies and tactics for the acquisition of professional talent and recruit / lead a team of recruiters who will execute on that strategy.
Create a gold standard candidate and hiring manager experience in the recruiting process, proactively improve dashboard metrics around quality of candidates, candidate conversion, time to fill with a strong focus on the key business capabilities.
Maintain performance based relationships with both line management and HR Partners and main stakeholders.
Lead initiatives around best practice implementation around sourcing candidates, employer branding and technology enhancements
Manage strategic relationships with operating company HR leaders and business leadership, ensuring alignment between their business objectives and talent strategies.
Monitor and ensure the accomplishment of all agreed recruitment SLAs.
Conduct workforce planning and forecasting needs.
Drive talent acquisition initiatives specific for Medical Devices, Supply Chain and corporate functions roles sector
Ensure high performing team with the needed talent advisory capabilities
Lead all agreed stakeholder, communication, engagement and change management activities
Partnering and collaborating in different forums shaping the overall HR and Talent strategy.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, and a Masters degree is desirable.
At least 5 years' experience in talent acquisition, and 2 years leading Talent Acquisition Team.
Strong account management and consulting skills.
Strong customer and marketplace focus; negotiation and influencing skills; project management, and time management
Have demonstrated the ability to establish strong credibility and influence key stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal communication, customer-service and organization skills
Proven team leadership and people management competencies
