Knowledge and experience in :identifying users needs through user research techniques and Design Thinking exercisesprepare and coordinate workshops of Design Thinking and other collaborative sessions like focus groupstranslate insights from workshops and user research into digital solutions, prototypes and storytelling presentationstranslate those insights into entities and actions, how to organize the contents architecture and establish the navigation and flow of the solutionelevate ideas and interactions with beautiful and thoughtful designshow to use prototyping tools like Sketch, XD, Omnigraffle, Invision or Marveluse visual tools like Photoshop, IllustratorSpanish and English Skills
