We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer to join our Operations team. We are looking for proactive, dynamic people and team players, with great organizational capacity, accustomed to handle multiple tasks and with marked attention to details. Main Activities

: Lead (directly and indirectly) the operations of more than 70 of the companys headcount including staffing, resource and equipment planning and project execution.

: Work directly with the CEO in the definition and execution of strategic plans for the area.

: Define and develop strategies to ensure lasting relationships with our clients, identify new opportunities and increase our participation in projects and / or business lines.

: Support the sales and pre:sales areas.

: Define and implement strategies to boost the area in terms of results and efficiency, ensuring the fulfillment of short, medium and long term objectives.

: Generate and analyze reports and statistical data of different types to detect problems and define solutions.

: Collaborate in the definition of processes together with the Talent Acquisition area to plan the incorporation of resources and staffing strategies of the different projects.

: Develop career plans and stimulate the definition / implementation of retention policies with the HR area.

: Identify industry best practices to improve processes and drive continuous improvements on the quality of the services offered.

: Manage the area budget.

What We Are Looking For

: Previous experience in Management roles (ideally in service companies) leading teams and projects of great magnitude.

: Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal relations skills.

: Analytical capacity and proactivity.

: Marked level of attention to detail in daily work.

: Previous experience in P and L; management.

: Advanced English level, both oral and written.

: Availability for occasional trips to the USA and Europe is an important plus.
