The Warehouse Coordinator is the final responsible for managing inventory.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Sign every inventory transaction (sales, returns, movements, adjustments, others)
Assure inventory integrity (physical vs system).
Review locally cycle counting differences and conduct RCA for each difference.
Reordering stock items and ensures no stock outs for operation’s materials needs.
Ensure receipts in place; be according to material’s detail sheet.
Coordinate logistic for materials arriving the field and sending out (repair, inspection, sales and others).
Rigs (drilling and work over) materials supplies.
Avoid incidents primary of the material movement crews.
Be involved in any near misses’ investigation to mitigate risk and reduce any future accident.
In case an improvement is necessary, the position ensure that mitigation plans agreed with contractor be executed.
Required Qualifications:
University level degree required (Engineering preferred)
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Inventory Management.
Intermediate level English skills (written and oral).
Computer skills, specifically in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point). Ariba and JDE.
Position will be in ET 7x7, but will require to travel to Asset II and eventually to Buenos Aires and abroad.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous Supervisor or management experience.
Experience in the Oil &Gas industry.
