Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Freelance Part-Time Web Editor
to join our team at Expanish.
In this role, you will be mainly responsible for uploading, editing, and maintaining website content so that our site accurately reflects our brand, programs, and cultural immersion experiences.
Your work will directly support our marketing and communications efforts, ensuring that our online presence is always updated, consistent, and user-friendly.
Responsibilities
Upload, edit, and update website content (texts, images, links, landing pages) in our content management system (CMS).
Ensure that all content follows brand guidelines and is presented clearly and accurately.
Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Support the marketing team by publishing new campaigns and promotions on the website.
Apply basic SEO guidelines (meta tags, titles, alt text, keywords) to optimize content.
Monitor published content to ensure proper formatting, links, and updates.
Assist in quality checks to maintain a consistent online experience.
Requirements
Previous experience with website content entry or CMS platforms.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
