Our Work Environment
myZone works in a results:only work environment (ROWE) so you are provided flexibility in setting your own hours and optionally working from home. Additional benefits of ROWE include no tracking of sick days or vacation time. We were inspired by Dan Pinks Ted Talk on the science of motivation, and believe that an intrinsically motivated team is the best way to solve the problems of the 21st century (ie: we dont use carrots or sticks).

Key Responsibilities
Establish and grow client relationships
Achieve revenue goals on a quarterly basis : responsible for growing web development revenue
Seek out and develop relationships with clients and agencies; develop an understanding of clients business issues
Drive engagement with clients and deliver exceptional customer service
Communicate effectively in writing and over the phone
Accurately manage and forecast sales pipeline
Manage Canada and US:based marketing agencies and individual clients, executing a sales strategy and most importantly, driving revenue
Work close with Project Management in web development department

Having been around for 17 years, our team has a lot of experience, contacts, and references, and also already receives a lot of inbound leads. You will work directly with our CEO to develop the sales program and make it as automated and efficient as possible using the latest technologies.
Requirements of Applicant
Proven track record in sales with a focus on web design and development
Cross:platform experience : desktop, mobile, WordPress platform is preferable
Passion for growing and managing complex relationships
Personality with a positive attitude and tireless work ethic
A robust network of contacts and relationships in the digital industry is an advantage
Team player with a dynamic personality, excellent communication skills, strong planning and organizational capabilities
Able to seamlessly handle client objections and direct a conversation
A passion for everything digital
Flexibility to travel for meetings, conferences, quarterly business reviews, etc.
English fluency**
Preferred Qualifications
2:4 years of social media management
1:2 years agency experience
