About the role: Manage daily tasks for a team of techniciansOversee technician productivity and efficiencyPrioritise repair orders for timely completionAssist with technical problem-solvingSuggest additional work to the Service Advisor team for customer notificationEnsure repair orders are completed correctly for warranty procedures, seeking clarification when neededLead qualified technicians and apprentices to optimise service deliveryEnsure all work meets manufacturer benchmarksMaintain a safe work environmentAssist in setting and achieving service sales and profit objectivesControl workshop activity to maximise profitabilityWhat we are looking for: Relevant work experience and trade qualificationsPrevious Workshop Controller experience preferred but not essentialCurrent driver's licenseExcellent time management skills and is punctual and reliableAbility to lead the teamMVTC essentialAir-Conditioning License preferred but not essentialASCIS & AUVIS License preferred but not essentialDemonstrates care and attention to detailGood communication skillsCommitment to safety and following processesWhat will you receive?
