The company is currently in a phase of strong international growth and now have offices in Argentina, England, Ireland, the Netherlands, Germany, Australia, Belgium, Spain, and Brazil, in addition to our San Francisco and Nashville offices in the US. We want to continue to aggressively grow our international business and where necessary, strategically open offices to establish a local presence. We have ambitious growth plans for the Argentinean market, with the potential to enter the greater Latam region. We're looking for talented team members to be part of this growth story.

Eventbrite officially landed in Argentina in December 2015,
bringing a world-class platform to enhance live experiences to a new audience. To date, we've helped hundreds of thousand of event creators in 2017. More than 50M ticket buyers/attendees in 2017, and we're focused on continuing that growth through brand awareness and marketing. We're small, scrappy, and nimble, working towards our shared vision of helping Eventbrite power the best live experiences.
THE ROLE:
Eventbrite is looking for a senior product marketer in Argentina that will develop local customer insights and market context so that you can craft product positioning and GTM Strategies. You'll craft product positioning, grow brand awareness in our target segments, and grow our market share. You'll strategically evaluate our customer needs, market perception, competitive landscape, and our product capabilities to build and execute on multi-channel GTM strategies. Fundamentally you'll own the strategy for the Eventbrite brand in the country, with ultimate responsibility for driving growth.You will also manage a team of 2 who will be responsible for generating and capturing demand for our business, including sales support by generating and qualifying leads for their pipeline.
YOU WILL
Lead a team of two marketers responsible for demand generation and content marketing.
Develop deep product and customer expertise and combine that with local market knowledge to develop GTM strategies that help us deliver on local business goals.
Partner with the global marketing team to develop localized product messaging and positioning, and in cases of local features, initiate messaging development.
Collaborate with local team to execute on GTM deliverables.
Build and own a comprehensive, multi-channel brand development strategy to drive awareness and positioning
Ca years of product marketing or brand marketing experience in the technology industry, with a deep customer obsession
Proven track record in building a brand in market, and in planning and successfully executing product launches across a diverse set of channels
Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and expertise at managing multiple work streams
Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills, with uncanny ability to get into the mind of your customers
Expert storyteller, with a demonstrated ability to translate technical functionality into compelling and page-turning customer-centric narratives
Excellent communicator: part grammar ninja, part Toastmaster
Creativity, cross-functional empathy, comfort with ambiguity and change, and a "make it happen" spirit
Team leadership experience
Experience working as part of a remote team, building strong HQ relationships and influencing effectively for local market needs
Experience working in a matrix organisation,
influencing across functional and business unit linesB2B and/or SAAS company experience
