The HP Studio Creative Content Team is seeking an experienced project manager with a passion for digital imagery to help lead the development of digitally produced PC, Printer, and/or peripheral product imagery.The Digital Project Manager is someone who can step in and immediately use their experience to lead the development of creative content, overseeing logistics from initial brief/in-take through production and final asset upload.
This producer will collaborate with marketing professionals around the world, including internal BU stakeholders, creative and production colleagues, global business units and regional marketing teams to ensure the content is delivered on time and within guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Director, WW Creative Content, you will be responsible for:- Managing NPI product imagery development schedules and detailed production tracking and timelines.- Ensure execution for NPI imagery is in adherence to CMF and ID guidelines and is shepherded through all core approval milestones.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including WW Mktg, Product BU, HP Studio creative leads and ID Teams to guide process and communication.- Lead internal and/or external partner agency teams to ensure image quality and on-time delivery.- Detailed budget tracking and management.Qualifications- Undergraduate degree in Communications, Marketing, Packaging, or equivalent; with 5+ years of related experience- Extreme attention to detail and strong design eye- Experience with the complexities of executing worldwide production- Collaborative attitude and eagerness to work with extensive, cross-functional teams- Proven track record of agency/client management- Expertise in working in virtual environments- Ability to manage and own multiple projects simultaneously- High level of tact and diplomacy- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPlease note the above statements describe the general nature and level of work only.
