We are developing a personalized virtual trainer experience, integrating generative AI and learning engineering to build a VR "flight simulator" for immersive hands-on skills training. Our learning engineering approach customizes content and feedback in real time, directly improving learning outcomes.We are looking for a 3D VR Designer to translate this vision of immersive learning into reality.The role:This role requires a blend of artistic vision and technical prowess in 3D design and virtual reality, complemented by great communication skills. As a 3D VR Designer, you will directly influence the look and feel of our product making you a key player in its development.Key responsibilities:? Collaborate with the product management and engineering team to conceptualize and design immersive VR learning environments.? Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and animations.? Apply UX/UI design principles to VR spaces to ensure intuitive and effective user experiences.? Work closely with the engineering team to ensure smooth integration of VR components into the overall learning platform.Qualifications:? Proven experience in 3D design focusing on VR applications.? Strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling, texturing, and animation skills.? Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., Blender, Maya)? Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and how they apply to VR environments.?
