4806 - Recruitment Coordinator (Contractor through Deel)Recruitment Coordinator & Sourcer, Product & Engineering (Contractor through Deel) LOCATION: Remote, Argentina or Uruguay [Buenos Aires City preferred] Our Team We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator & Sourcer– South Latam to join our Talent Acquisition Team. As Recruitment Coordinator & Sourcer, you will support the Recruitment Team to grow talent within Compass' Product & Engineering Argentina and Uruguay based contractor teams.
This role serves as a partner for the Recruiting Team, providing support in a variety of recruitment activities such as scheduling, reporting, talent pipeline growth, and client management.
What you will do: Prospect and attract candidates using various sources like LInkedin, referrals and other alternative sources while promoting our value proposition and employer branding initiatives.Help to attract, hire and retain the best contractors for Compass, while proactively growing an A+talent pipelineProvide profiling and sourcing support to the recruitment and hiring teamsOrganize interview loops including scheduling, monitoring and making changes as neededSupport Referral Program and Sourcing Drive InitiativesProvide recruitment documents, data tracking, and reportsAnalyze metrics and create insights for recruiting teamContribute to the creation of employer branding materials, internal presentationsWhat we look for: BA ongoing (advanced stage) or graduated professionals in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations and/or equivalent experience related.3+ years of proven experience in recruiting/HR teams, sourcing and profiling candidates of technical positions in software engineering, including: backend, frontend, systems engineering, machine learning, mobile engineers, functional IT roles, infrastructure engineers, security engineers, and product and design.Experience on scheduling coordination activitiesFluent spoken and written EnglishUnderstanding of search strings e.g., booleans and X-ray searches preferredExcellent analytical skills, experience with Excel, reporting and analytics toolsFamiliar with various ATS (Greenhouse expertise will be plus), Slack and Google SuiteExcellent client management, communication and ability to and interact with stakeholders at different levels is requiredMotivated & eager to learnGreat problem-solving, planning and organization skillsAble to effectively manage expectations, follow timelines, and communicate progress.Compass offers flexible work environment and benefits package: USD fixed monthly compensation (through Deel)Paid local national holidaysAutonomy in managing delivery of your assignments and time offMac equipment providedRecruitment Assistant for Global Nutrition & Chef Service (Remote)Part-time/Remote Recruitment Sourcing SpecialistsDrive the Future Program - Recruiting (Part Time)Drive the Future Program - Recruiting (Part Time)#J-18808-Ljbffr
