This position is in charge of Argentina Telecom.
Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the maintenance and improvement of customer relations in the operator market;
2. Complete the assigned order, delivery and receipt, whole-process profit, strategic indicators and other assessment indicators related to the account manager;
3. Participate in system market expansion and brand promotion, explore new project opportunities, and enhance customer relationships;
4. Fully communicate with pre-sales personnel and product lines, assist in collecting customer needs, and jointly formulate product strategies for target customers;
5. Accurately identify key figures in the customer's decision-making chain, dig, establish, maintain, and improve daily relationships, and be responsible for project information collection and customer research in all aspects of the bidding process;
6. Collection, analysis and feedback of competitive information;
7. Responsible for the coordination of contract signing and payment collection, and responsible for the organization, coordination and management of the whole process of product sales.
Qualifications: 1. Keen market insight, flexible and novel customer public relations ability, strong language expression ability;
2. Good Spanish/English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, can be used as a working language;
3. Have an overall view, be able to effectively organize and utilize resources, and carry out customer public relations in a systematic and comprehensive manner;
5. Active, dedicated, independent, willing to take on more responsibilities and pressures, and able to maintain a stable working state in the face of pressure or setbacks;
6. Have a strong desire to succeed, be willing to accept challenges, have a broad mind, and be good at handling and maintaining customer relationships;
7. More than two years of experience in direct customer relationship, and experience in customer relationship with large operators is preferred.
