They provide IT support to our 1,200 plus employees - identifying, researching, and resolving technical issues in a fast paced and always-changing environment.Here's what you should know if you want to be an Associate Desktop Support Technician at R / GA :On any given day you might- Open and document tickets and perform basic level troubleshooting to resolve issues- Develop quality relationships with R / GA employees- Input all service requests and issues into ticketing system- Diagnose customer technical issues- Provide 24x7 page support in a rotating mannerThe Ideal Person- Works well with others and is comfortable disseminating information to the larger team- Has excellent troubleshooting skills on Windows machines- Is highly analytical and has demonstrated problem solving skills- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills- Handles stressful situations with grace and ease- Doesn't mind carrying a company issued cell phone and working one 11 : 00am-7 :00pm shift per week- Understands the need to provide 24x7x365 support for any issue impacting a client deliverableYou bring- 1-3 years' experience supporting Windows computers in a corporate WAN environment, including troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops and Operating Systems (Window XP and Windows 7).- Graduate or close to graduating in the career of Systems, Systems Engineering or purposes.- Proficiency in English (Written and Oral)- Active Directory and Exchange environment experience.- Experience with Outlook.DiversityNo matter who you are, where you're from, who you love, follow in faith, disability (or superpower), status,ethnicity or the gender you identify with (please do tell us your pronouns), you're welcome at R / GA.If you have any requests or requirements to support you throughout any interview process, please let us know.LI-Remote
