Our team is expanding and we're in need of individuals adept in property accounting, managing general ledgers, and conducting bank reconciliations.If you possess these talents, we'd be thrilled to make your acquaintance!The Role- Perform data entry tasks using QuickBooks.- Maintain and update financial records, encompassing bookkeeping duties and overseeing AP / AR functions.- Address phone calls and emails from both internal and external stakeholders.- Arrange and manage appointments and meetings as necessary.- Monitor incoming payments, including scheduled, pending, and declined transactions.- Engage in customer outreach to manage collections accounts, including follow-ups and potentially challenging conversations.- Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm Eastern Standard Time.APPLY HERE >https : / / wkf.ms / 3VYbeZAIdeal Profile- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a remote worker.- At least 2 years' experience in bookkeeping roles.- Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.- Familiarity with Google Apps such as Spreadsheet, Docs, Gmail, and Calendar is advantageous.- While a Bachelor's degree or related qualification is preferred, it's not mandatory.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.What's on Offer?- Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performance- Work alongside & learn from best in class talent- Strong opportunities to progress your career
