Compensation package:
Employment terms: An initial 3-month probation period, followed by a long-term collaboration.Bi-weekly Payments in U$S. Working Hours: Expectation of overlapping work hours with Eastern Europe. For candidates from Latam, for example Argentina, it's ok to start working at 8 or 9 am.Home Office Support: includes a one-time home office setup, equipment (if applicable), and reimbursement for internet costs.Vacation: 15 days of annual leave (1.25 days are granted for each month worked after the probation period).Day off on USA public holidays (in 2023 - 8 days).?
