Primary responsibilities include: The Business Operations Senior Manager will provide support to the Chief of Staff to the Strategy & Consulting Group CEO with:
Provide support during large global events and trips identifying potential clients for the S&C Group CEO to meet, creating client bio book and tracking preparation material partnering with cross global/central teams and Client Account Leads, tracking meetings, and organizing follow up actions;Manage monthly and quarterly reports of the S&C Group CEO client and partners engagementManage the preparation process for the client meetings that the S&C Group CEO have by reaching out DCALs/CALs, and organizing the materials provided by the research team;Log meetings in MMS to run automated dashboards and reports;Maintain executive and community calendars;Conduct assessments, data reconciliation, tracking and follow ups as needed;Enhance internal frameworks and processes;Review leadership membership, distribution lists, and manage accesses requests to sensitive materialSupport the chief of staff with any other request might come from the Strategy & Consulting Group CEO
Other requirements : Flexibility to cover North America time zone
Educational Qualification Must have: Bachelor's Degree
Good to have: Post- Graduate, MBA, Engineering or Finance Degree- a plus
Skills & Work Experience Must have: 8 years plus
Good to have: Accenture experience – is an advantage
Knowledge & Skill Requirements: Must have:
Large experience and interesting to work operations management, reporting and tracking.Fluency in English (oral and written)Good communication, organizational skills, time management and problem-solving skillsStrong in building relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional stakeholders, team management, with positive attitudeComfortable with agile environment and comfortable with changes. Highly flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure and changing priorities.Ability to collaborate across teams; think and act independently with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.Eye for detail, detailed analysis of data, putting narratives and articulating the story, outcomes, achievements, and challenges.Self-motivated, with a high degree self-reliance and responsibility to own issues and actions.Critical and strategic thinkingProficient in Excel (complex formulas) and PowerPoint (executive presentations)Nice to have:
