Cash Application Analyst

We are looking for a bright, hardworking, curious and passionate Cash Application Analyst to join our finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior individual to gain hands-on digital advertising industry exposure, resolving client issues and improving cash flow in an award winning digital advertising company.The Impact You'll Make:Posting accurate receipts and payments to correct customer accounts on a daily basis, including Lockbox checks, Wire transfers, and ACH.Reviewing draft payments in High Radius Cash Application Module, completing any missing information, correcting exceptions, and finalizing in ERP.Draft Journal Entries for AR account reconciliations & adjustments in ERPIdentifying any short payments, missing remittances, or unknown credit deductions, and notifying collections leads to reaching out to customers.Investigate unidentified checks/wires with Bank contacts.Assist with monthly close reconciling bank statements.Pull weekly reports to assist with Cash ForecastingSend monthly billing reports to clients after month closeSupport audit requests throughout the yearAssist collections team with tasks as neededGive administrative support with creation of reports as neededWhat You'll Bring to Us:+1 year of relevant experience (finance/accounting/economics focused)Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related fields - Students preferredStrong English verbal, listening and written communications skillsBasic Excel skillsExperience with accounting software packages - preferredHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritizeAnalytical, self-motivated, quick learner able to work independently and in a teamStrong desire to learn and grow with usWhat We Will Offer You:Unlimited VacationsMonthly Inflation updatesLunch CreditOSDE 410 as medical assuranceEnglish lessonsGym coverageInternet coverageStock Units (RSUs)Learning & Development - Tools and TrainingHybrid & flexible working model - nice offices in Palermo with endless snacks & beveragesHigh visibility roles with a tremendous amount of growth potentialGlobal team and cross-company collaboration unlike anywhere else!
